The pearls are wonderful. I never had digestive problems until I had a colonscopy about five years ago. After that, I started having gas and/or diarrhea after eating. I tried to identify trigger foods, but couldn't find a food pattern. This started to affect my social life(eating out) and travels. I had almost resigned myself to this being "just another sign of old age" when a friend told me about the pearls. I ordered a 30 day supply, and immediately noticed a difference. I'n now into a 90 day supply, and my system is 95% back to normal!!!!Yea, pearls!!!!

I have used this product for about 3 months now and it has greatly improved my digestive health. I was able to discontinue the prescribed medication for acid reflux with no heartburn or acid stomach problems. I use no OTC antacids at all. I'm so glad I found them and iHerb makes it easy, fast, and economical to buy.

I received this a bit late but I am in Canada, perhaps that is why. It was worth the wait and well-priced, too!
I was a bit worried that one billion live bacteria wouldn't be enough, but I was wrong.
I had been taking Udo's Choice super 8 Hi-Potency caps (which I bought from a horrible dishonest health food store. They were overpriced to start with and the next month they were about 3 times what I had paid for them in the first place. 60$ for 30 caps? Caviar anyone? The same product varies between 9-20$ online...)
But I digress. Not only did the Pearls live up to my expectations but they do not have to be refrigerated, which is great! I also suspect that enteric-coated caplets aren't that efficient after all, since the Pearls' one billion bacteria seem to be doing more for me than the enteric-coated Udo's.
Hope this helps you pick. I take two of these daily and I heart them. Will reorder for sure!

After trying a verity of Enzy products over the years with little and no success. Enzy has certainly proven me wrong with this product. This is by far the best probotic I have ever used. I like the fact that it is once a day, can be taken with or with out food no need for refrigeration etc.. Most importantly this product works. I have had very little success with other probotics out there and these tinny pearls are powerful. Outstanding product and will definitely continue to purchase.
