Doesn't matter which flavor, this form of Vit C works better than any other Vit C I've come across for staving off a cold. As someone else also experienced, I took two of these packets when I felt the telltale signs of coming down with a cold and it knocked it out. I also added two AirBorne tablets to the drink, but I've learned that AirBorne alone is not enough to fight off a cold. You must take this combo at the first signs of a cold in order to beat it.
We have used this product for years. You can take it everday but we use it more in the summer. My husband works in outside and it is a life saver to keep electrolytes in his system.

This stuff gives a great pick-me-up when you need that extra little boost. I am not crazy about the flavor but that's hardly a reason not to try it. A few gulps and it's gone anyway.
Been using Emergen-C for years
