Ambrosia Devon Creamed Rice is the original rice pudding; a nourishing dessert or snack with the unique, creamy taste of Ambrosia, great as a little bit of everyday comfort. There's a glass and a half of milk in every can, making our Creamed Rice a good source of calcium, which is important for healthy teeth and bones.Perfect as a simple dessert for sharing with the family. Ambrosia tastes delicious hot, when chilled in the fridge or straight from the cupboard.
To enjoy hot:
- Empty contents of the can into a saucepan.
- Heat gently, stirring frequently but do not boil.
- Empty contents into a microwaveable container.
- Cover and heat on Full Power (650 Watt Microwave) for 2.5 minutes, stirring halfway through and again after heating time.
- Refer to manufactures instructions for different output microwaves.
Swirl maple syrup over the Ambrosia rice and sprinkle with chopped mixed nuts.

Once opened, remove remaining contents from can, keep refrigerated and eat within three days.
