Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. We are a family business deeply committed to producing vegetarian natural and organic prepared foods that taste homemade. Amy's version of the traditional "Tom Kha," so popular in Thai restaurants, combines sweet, smooth coconut milk with gentle warming Thai spices, lemongrass, organic tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes and other organic vegetables. This delicate, flavorful soup is a fine introduction to Thai cuisine.
Heat and serve. Please do not overcook.
Coconut milk is solid at room temperature. Stir contents before heating.
The Kaffir lime leaf is added for flavor, but not recommended for consumption.

living in a gluten free/dairy free household can make quick & easy meals not so quick or easy. homemade is always best, but this stuff is awesome in a time crunch, and oh so yummy!

You can open the can and eat or add extras! It was delicious: tofu, vegetables and a tasty sauce.

I would recommend eating this with rice. The soup is pretty thin, and not many veggies like you see in the picture. Flavor is good though!

Love this soup with a dish of basmati rice. It is mild, so I often add a little hot sauce and some muchi curry for the heat. I order this often and even give it as gifts.
