Take a minute and enjoy the journey.

As a working mom, I'm always looking for meals that are quick, nutritious, and delicious for our on-the-go family. That's why I created my Spicy Szechuan Noddle Express. Growing up, I enjoyed the savory flavor of gochujang red chili paste - a popular Korean condiment that I'm sure you'll enjoy as much as I do. So I've incorporated that flavor into my Spicy Szechuan sauce and paired it with my fresh cooked ramen noodles to create a tangy combination that is both sweet and spicy. It's ready in only one minute so keep some on hand in your desk or pantry for a quick meal anytime.

Just pop one in the microwave, then sit back and take a culinary journey to explore the authentic flavors of the Far East - all in just one minute!
Happy Eating!

Annie

All Natural, Fresh Cooked Ramen Noodles

My fresh cooked ramen noodles are a delicious change to the dry, deep-fried ramen that is so commonly found in instant noodle products. They're prepared in the traditional, Asian style - steamed and blanched for a firm and flavorful texture.

When you have a little extra time, try adding some fresh chopped bell pepper and red onion, or even some tofu or chicken for a restaurant quality meal in minutes.

Suggested Use

Microwave

  1. Place noodles into tray; add vegetable topping then pour sauce over topping.
  2. Cover loosely with lid.
  3. Cook on high for about one minute (depending on microwave strength).
  4. Stir well and enjoy!

Stove Top

  1. Add noodles to 2 cups boiling water then drain immediately.
  2. Add vegetable topping and sauce to noodles.
  3. Stir well and enjoy!

This extra zesty sauce satisfies ... I'd recommend adding a tsp or so of water when microwaving cause mine came out a bit dry ...

Szechuan noodles

Rather disappointing - doesn't make much and is in basically just noodles and sauce, and the sauce is nothing special. Packaging is pretty excessive as well.
