Since the introduction of our very first product, a small but growing group of you who are wheat-and-gluten-intolerant have suggested we produce a wheat-and-gluten-free macaroni & cheese. Here it is. Annie's Rice Pasta & Cheddar. No longer will you or loved ones have to refrain from one of the most popular "comfort" foods.
Annie's gluten-free macaroni & cheese delivers the same delicious taste and premium quality of Annie's other offerings. We believe you'll agree that our smooth, creamy cheddar cheese and rice pasta is a winning combination.
Like all of Annie's products, we use only natural ingredients-100% real cheddar cheese and 100% rice pasta-to create this delicious meal. No weird chemicals. No artificial anything. And not only is it gluten free, but it's also vegetarian. Annie's Rice Pasta & Cheddar is quick, easy to prepare, and most important, delicious!

Annie's way in 12 minutes
- Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.
- Stir In: pasta, bring to boil again.
- Cook: 10-12 minutes, until done. While pasta is cooking...
- Measure: 1/4 cup lowfat milk in a measuring cup. Add cheese and stir until smooth.
- Drain: pasta in colander. Return to saucepan.
- Pour: cheese sauce over pasta and stir well. Enjoy!
Annie's Suggestions: For a richer flavor, add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. For a tangier taste, replace milk with 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt. And to support family farms, use organic milk, butter, and yogurt!
Rice pasta (rice flour), cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, non-animal enzymes), whey buttermilk, salt, cream, natural flavor, natural sodium phosphate, annatto extract for natural color.

I really like this mix, even better than the one with gluten. I like to make this when there's nothing else to eat and I want something quick. Thing is, the box says that it's 2.5 servings but it seems more like 1.5. Mind you, although I'm thin, I do like my servings on the large side.
Has a good flavour, easy to prepare... I guess it's healthy for what it is- or at least healthier to a lot of alternatives! Pretty high in cals etc so don't eat it too often.

Box was torn open when arrived and the pasta were falling out. Had to throw away as a result. Can I request that products be wrapped properly before shipment. I have pictures if you need them.
