Makes 12-14 2" Biscuits
2 cups Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Baking Mix
2 tbsp Hain Canola Oil
2/3 cup skim milk
Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Mix ingredients just until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with flour or baking mix. Roll in flour to coat. Shape into ball. Knead 10-12 times. Roll 3/4 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in flour. Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes on ungreased baking sheet or until done.
Note: Drop Biscuits: Prepare dough as above, but do not knead. Drop by spoon-fuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Organic whole wheat flour, organic enriched white flour (organic flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), buttermilk powder (buttermilk, whey), organic oat syrup solids, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), sodium bicarbonate, sea salt.
Store in a cool dry place.
