- Place ingredients in narrow, tall microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for the minutes above, or until desired consistency.
- Add Bear Mush Cereal to water, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until desired consistency.
(For thicker Bear Mush, decrease water. For thinner Bear Mush, increase water.)
Serving Suggestions: Serve with honey, fruit, milk, or seasoning of choice.
