Basic Adzuki Beans
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Adzuki Beans
3 cups water
Place beans in a covered pan with water. Let soak overnight. Change water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or to desired tenderness
Makes about 2 cups of cooked beans.
Organic adzuki beans
Store in a cool dry place.

A fantastic staple you can eat every day. Very good to keep your blood sugar level balanced. You can make some great recipes with these beans.
