Basic Adzuki Beans
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Adzuki Beans
3 cups water
Place beans in a covered pan with water. Let soak overnight. Change water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or to desired tenderness
Makes about 2 cups of cooked beans.
Organic adzuki beans
Store in a cool dry place.

I cook up a batch of these & add them to brown rice, tomato, sauteed onions, turmeric, olive oil & curry powder. Delicioso....They also great added to salads, too.
Excellent tasting beans and easy to cook. Adzuki beans are higher in anti-oxidants than most other types of beans.
