I got these flax seeds with less than 3 months remaining till the expiration date (purchased 10/28/08; expiration date 01/07/09). That and the flax seeds looked old and the bag had a small hole in it :(
I can't tell any difference from any other flax seeds I've used, but I like flax seed because it is healthy.

I use it mainly for breakfast, am still studying how should I use it better. It mixes good with granola and milk and I do feel filled up by only a spoonful of it. ;)

Grind these in my blender when making small amounts of my own LSA - second time I have bought this brand and always find them fresh - highly recommend.
