3 cups Arrowhead Mills Puffed Wheat Cereal
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup raisins, or other dried fruit
Blend honey and peanut butter together (this is easier if both are at room temperature). Fold in Puffed Wheat and raisins, and stir to coat well. Press into lightly oiled 8" square pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
Puffed whole grain wheat.

This is the best puffed rice that I have had. Tastes great and does not have sugar or anything else to change the flavor. Makes great granola bars.
