Pancakes You will need:
(Makes 6-5" Pancakes)
3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Multigrain Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 tbsp. Hain Canola Oil
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. milk, WestSoy Soymilk or WestSoy Rice Milk or water.
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
- Cook on preheated (375°F-400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry.
For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Suggested variations: Stir in one or more of the following into the batter just before cooking: 1/4 cup fresh berries, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
Organic whole grain yellow corn flour, organic whole grain wheat flour, organic enriched white flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), buttermilk powder (buttermilk, whey), organic whole grain brown rice flour, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), organic whole grain rye flour, sodium bicarbonate, sea salt.
Store in a cool dry place.

This was better than anticipated. Added a few pecans and is a great way to get to eat pancakes and feel like one is eating healthy.
I made pancakes with this and they taste more like corn bread. If they added less corn meal or took it out completely I think it would be great.
