Item wasn't what I expected. Mild lavender smell, so it didn't work for me and my pre-schooler.

my daughter with adhd loves the smell does it really help for her adhd ? I cannot tell... what really helps for her is melatonin, for a good night of sleep, enough magnesium glycenate / chelate, not the cheap oxide, that just gives diarrhea, some holy basil, to calm the ongoing toughts at night (a bit of OCD), enough zinc as I might suspect she has pyroluria, where you excrete too much magnesium and zinc and can give adhd symptoms, look for white spots on the nails and stretch marks if not caused by overweigt
