Only 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon = One Cube or 8 oz. Can Broth.
Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) Organic Vegetable Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons Organic Vegetable Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice or pasta with more flavor.
For best results, refrigerate after opening.

I have not found ANY thing to compare to this product, after trying about 30 different 'vegetable broths from around the world. This is indeed the greatest of them all! Hands down!
Use to augment fresh veggies in soup stock. Very salty.

Like someone else said, this has a dark, almost yeasty taste. Would go well with hearty soups, gravies, stuff that is more rich, dark, salty. It's not really suitable if you want it to flavour something light. I wished they didn't add soy sauce to this. It's a dark brown colour and so I can't really use it to flavour my rice porridge. For this reason I prefer rapunzel's bouillon cubes.

You can use this for so many things. Gravy, soup, stuffing, rice. A must have!
