I have not found ANY thing to compare to this product, after trying about 30 different 'vegetable broths from around the world. This is indeed the greatest of them all! Hands down!
Use to augment fresh veggies in soup stock. Very salty.
Beware of unhealthy ingredient - maltodextrin.

As bad or worse than sugar. It's cheap and they don't have to label it as sugar. Its fatty texture can replace real fats (both good and bad). This product DOES taste good, but I stopped ordering it.

Like someone else said, this has a dark, almost yeasty taste. Would go well with hearty soups, gravies, stuff that is more rich, dark, salty. It's not really suitable if you want it to flavour something light. I wished they didn't add soy sauce to this. It's a dark brown colour and so I can't really use it to flavour my rice porridge. For this reason I prefer rapunzel's bouillon cubes.
