Only 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon = One cube or 8 oz can broth.

Suggested Use

Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) No Beef Base in 8 oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons No Beef Base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice or pasta with more flavor.

Recipe for Veggie Burgers or Veggie Loaf: Cook lentils (or rice) according to the package instructions. Sautéed 1/2 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped carrot in 1 Tbsp Olive oil. In a food processor or other mixer, combine 1 1/2 cups cooked lentils (or rice), 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 Tbsp No Beef Vegetarian Base, and 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Form mixture into patties and pan fry, or form into a loaf and bake in oven until heated throughout.

For best results, refrigerate after opening.
