Use Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Flour to add nutrition, fiber, and flavor to your bread, pancakes, cookies, biscuits and other baked goods. For bread recipes, use ¼ to ½ cup of Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Flour in place of regular flour per loaf of bread.

10 Grain Yogurt Quick Bread

  • 3 cups Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Yogurt, plain

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and brown sugar. Beat eggs and add oil. Fold in yogurt thoroughly. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Turn batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
