Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal is milled from a unique blend of flavorful whole grains that's a good source of fiber and packed with nutrition. This wonderful cereal contains wheat, rye, triticale, oats and oat bran, corn, barley, soybeans, brown rice, millet and flaxseed.
Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
For a savory hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boil. Add 1 cup of Bob's Red Mill10 Grain Hot Cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Also great with added fruit and/or nuts.
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Hot Cereal and 3/4 cup water. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
