My finely ground 100% Whole Wheat Flour is milled from high protein U.S. Number 1 hard red wheat. It is absolutely the most nutritious, finest baking flour available anywhere! Use it for breads and in other recipes that call for yeast as a rising agent.
100% Whole Wheat Bread for Bread Machines
Many people prefer a hearty loaf of 100% whole wheat bread. Especially when the main ingredient is 100% stone ground, high protein, hard red wheat flour. Quite simply, there is no flour better for bread baking than this flour from Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods. The bran, germ and fiber blend with the endosperm to make a bread of true integrity. Here is Bob's favorite recipe:

|1 cup||Water||1-1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp|
|2-1/2 cups||Whole Wheat Flour||3-3/4 cups|
|1 1/4 Tbsp||Dry Milk Powder||2 Tbsp|
|1 tsp||Salt||1-1/2 tsp|
|1-1/2 Tbsp||Canola Oil||2 Tbsp|
|1-1/4 Tbsp||Sugar||2 Tbsp|
|1 Tbsp||Gluten||1-1/2 Tbsp|
|2 tsp||Molasses||1 Tbsp|
|2 tsp||Active Dry Yeast||3 tsp|
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
Whole grain hard red spring wheat.
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

This makes some of the best bread! I'm a bread baker, and this flour is a lot less coarse than other whole wheat flours I've used. Love it. I'll definitely be making my flour orders here often.
wonderful for baking bread. This flour compliments unbleached white flours when baking bread and also stands alone well for a full bodied whole wheat recipe. Bakes up nice and rises well.

Use this to make bread, wraps and basically replacing my white flour wherever I can. Whole Wheat is just much more healthy diet option and this one has fine grounded flour, you will not find chuncks in it and the texture is very smooth compare to others that I have tried before from my local organic store. Will keep buying this one!
Does wonders for my cookies.

Using about 25-30% of this whole wheat flour, I get a delightful calming effect on the sweeteners in my chocolate chip cookies and gingerbread.

For many years,I make handmade bread before I took the Walmart of the same company,but sometimes do not have the will to go and now I started online,Thanks for fast shipping.Hey guy's I'll give you a tips for yeats.In the place you have shops that hold people from Ukraine,Russia,Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have at 500 grams (17.6 oz)yeats for 6 dollars.At Walmart and other stores pay 4 oz 4.50 dollars.

Wonderful for breads. I use this fliur every day to make my daily bread and it's perfect! It makes delicious bread with a lot of flavor. It's very fine and fresh. I love it. I've already bought 3 packets and I will keep ordering it
