Basic Cooking Instructions

Bulgar cooks quickly. Add one cup Bob's Red Mill Bulgar Wheat to two cups cold water. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain off excess liquid. Serves four.
