Basic Cooking Instructions:
For each whole egg to be replaced in your recipe, mix 1 Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer with 3 Tablespoons water.
Whole soy flour, wheat gluten, corn syrup solids, align (from algae).
Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

This is a great product. My husband can't have eggs but loves baked goods and it's been challenging trying to find the right egg replacer so I can make cookies, etc. I have tried other egg replacers but this is by far the best. I've made cookies and cakes and everything comes out great. You do have to bake everything a little bit longer than the directions state, but everything comes out moist and delicious! Definitely worth the extra couple of dollars!
First time trying this product, and it worked. I made some tasty cupcakes and a celebration light sponge with fresh fruits and Grand Marner for a friends birthday , you could not tell no eggs, will re-order and recommend this product.

I am a baker. I was sceptical this product would reproduce baked goods as well as using eggs. New to the vegan diet I thought I'd try it to compare it to using flax eggs. It is much better than flax eggs. I truly would not be able to tell the difference between this and and an egg while baking. It combines, leavens and tastes like an egg would in baked goods. This must be a savour to egg allergen affected people.

This product was everything it promised to be. I've used it in many different recipes that call for egg yolks or whole eggs including a stovetop cooked cake icing and everyone of them came out beautifully. I've only had this large bag for a short time and already it's almost 3/4 gone. Glad I ordered 2. As for storage, I just keep it in the freezer and pull it out when I need it, scooping out just the amount I need.

I'm not sure what ingredient caused this. I made mug cake and used this egg replacer. My face started itching as though I'd just eaten eggs. I'm pretty sure and aware of all the other ingredients I put, so it must have been something in this product. I went back to the other brand of egg replacer I use ("Ener-G"). If you generally have multiple food allergies, double check all the ingredients before you buy this.
