2 cups Bob's Red Mill Unbleached White Flour
1/3 cup Turbinado Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/3 cup Butter, chilled, cut into pieces

I have tried a lot of dried cherries, from a lot of well-respected sellers. These are, hands-down, the best I have come across. They are plump, tender and not all squashed or beat-up looking like some I've had. Excellent for baking, topping cereal, or just eating out of the bag. And they may help my arthritis!!

Ordered this for my sis, who is happy to find it much cheaper at iherb (compared to what she pays at the stores here).
