- Use in Sauces and Soups
Ground from 100% dehydrated whole potatoes, our all-natural Potato Flour is perfect for thickening sauces, soups, and gravies. A teaspoon or so added to your baked goods lends a moist crumb, so it is especially useful in gluten-free baking.
You Can See Our Quality!
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten free.

I use potato flour mixed with tapioca flour for gluten free baking, and so far I have produced the best gluten free results! I got the clue from book Primal Cravings. Click on my username for more reviews. If you thought that this review was helpful please feel free to press the 'yes' button.
Thanks Folks! You cant make proper Spätzle without it. Thank you for being one of the only establishments that carry potato flour. Jeffrey Wendt
