Ground from 100% dehydrated whole potatoes, our all-natural Potato Flour is perfect for thickening sauces, soups, and gravies. A teaspoon or so added to your baked goods lends a moist crumb, so it is especially useful in gluten-free baking.

Suggested Use

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen

Basic Potato Soup

  • 1 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp chopped Onions
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Flour

Salt & Pepper to taste

Melt margarine and saute chopped onions until tender. Continue cooking, add milk and stir in Bob's Red Mill Potato Flour to make desired thickness. Add your favorite seasonings. Also, this recipe can be used as a cream base for vegetable soup or in casseroles.
