Bob's Red Mill Green Pea Flour is carefully stone ground on our century-old stone-buhr millstones from the finest quality whole green peas. High in fiber, it's an excellent addition to baked goods, soups, sauces and dips.
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten free.
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen
Combine 1/2 cup water, 2 Tbsp Green Peas Flour in a small saucepan or microwaveable dish. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes. Allow to cool, then stir in 2 large avocados, mashed, 1 medium tomato, diced, 4 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/3 cup Picante Sauce (optional).
