This is the original good-tasting vegetarian nutritional supplement, rich in B vitamins, including B-12. Food yeast has a pleasant-tasting, cheesy flavor and can be used directly on vegetables, baked potatoes, popcorn and other foods as a condiment. It can be added to your favorite cake or cookie recipes. It can often be used by those sensitive to other yeasts.

1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/4 cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Unbleached White Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Whisk the dry ingredients into 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and whip in oil and mustard. Put back on the heat and slowly add 1 cup of water. Cook until thick and bubbly.
Use for pizza, lasagna, nachos, or a dip for veggies.
