Basic Bulgur Recipe

1 cup Bob's Red Mill Light Bulgur

2 cups Water

1/2 tsp. Salt

In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in bulgur, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. This makes 2 1/2 cups of cooked bulgur.

Other Ingredients

Whole grain white wheat.
