Originally developed in the late 1800's by a Swiss nutritionist, Muesli is a delightful cereal made from a blend of whole grains, dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Bob's Red Mill is dedicated to providing a highly nutritious whole grain cereal that's very tasty, so we've combined whole grain rolled oats, wheat, rye, triticale and barley, along with sweet and chewy dates and raisins, sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts for a high energy Muesli you're sure to love. Try Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli hot, cold or right out of the bag.

Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.

Suggested Use

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen

Hot Cereal Instructions:

Add 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli to 1 cup water or milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also microwave in a large bowl on high for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once during cooking. Makes 2 servings.

Cold Cereal Instructions:

Soak 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli in 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice for 5 to 10 minutes (or overnight like the Swiss do) and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.

Other Ingredients

Whole grain wheat, date crumbles, sunflower seeds, raisins, whole grain rye, whole grain barley, whole grain oats, whole grain triticale (wheat), flaxseed, almonds and walnuts.

Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts, soy, wheat and milk.

By far the best muesli out there. It tastes fabulous and the ingredients very basic with no additives. I like it, my wife likes it, my dad likes it....even my dog likes it (joke). To ease my guilt of eating Kettle Potato Chips i mix in some of this raw. It's a great snack, goes well with milk, and even makes yogurt taste good.

Tasty muesli with nuts and cereals. Natural and healthy. It becomes even more healthy with Chia seeds added. Leave it to soak overnight for better taste and softness. Вкусные мюсли с кусочками орехов и злаками. Всё вкусное, без прелых орехов или сухофруктов! Лучше их заливать молоком с вечера на утро, поскольку набухают очень долго. Я в них ещё добавляю семечки Чиа.

Well balanced mix of whole grains, nuts, and soft dates and raisins. Soak in milk or eat as a hot cereal. Better tasting than most mueslis, not powdery or tough.
