Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
For a really delicious breakfast cereal for two, bring 2 cups water and 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, reduce heat and cook for 10 to 20 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Serve with honey and milk and a big smile!

iHerb Customer Reviews
My 1 year old son LOVES these oats. Cook them in a saucepan with milk and cinnamon. Mix in a bit of grated apple/pear at the end and he eats a whole bowl of it for breakfast. Fantastic, considering he is a very fussy eater!
