High in Fiber

Bob's Red Mill Organic Extra Thick Rolled Oats are uniquely "Kiln Toasted" and freshly milled from the highest quality farm-fresh oats in the world. These nutrient-rich oats abound with that telltale creamy and soothing texture of oatmeal while their plumpness provide a remarkable note of chewiness. Some brands smash their oats to smithereens to speed up the cooking time but we just can't do that. Join us in farewell to mushy porridge.

Did You Know?

The USDA's dietary guidelines call for three 16-gram servings of whole grain foods every day. Eating just a single portion of Bob's Red Mill Organic Extra Thick Rolled Oats provides nearly all three recommended servings.

Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.
