This fantastic whole grain cereal is made from a carefully balanced blend of sweet and creamy oat groats, nutrient rich flaxseed and wheat germs, and high fiber oat bran and wheat bran. Suggested Use

Stove Top:

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal
  • ¼ tsp Salt

For a delicious and healthy hot breakfast cereal, bring water, Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add honey, nut, and/or dried fruit, if desired. Enjoy!

Microwave:

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Combine water, Bob's Red Mill Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal and salt in a large bowl. Microwave on a high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
