Nowadays, so many of the products you find in the grocery stores are processed to the point that they can barely be considered food at all. Sometimes you can't even pronounce half of the things in the ingredients list! At Bob's Red Mill, we don't do it that way. When it comes to grains, beans and seeds, we think nature got it right. In their original state, these wholesome foods provide a magnificent combinations of nutrients that are essential to health. We honor that innate perfection by keeping our products simple, and our White Popcorn is an excellent example of that practice. Virtually unprocessed, chock full of fiber, and boasting a naturally sweet flavor, these precious seeds are as healthy as they are delicious.
Pure and simple. Those are the perfect words to describe Bob's Red Mill White Popcorn. Take a look at the ingredients - or rather, the ingredient. That's right. There's only one: whole grain corn. It doesn't get much simpler than that. And we think that's just how it should be.
To your good health,
Pop on the Stovetop
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup popcorn kernels and cover with a tight lid. Shake the pop frequently until most of the kernels have popped, or there are 3 seconds between pops. Makes about 4 cups popped popcorn.
Pop in the Microwave
Place 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in a small paper bag. Pop on 100% power for 1:30 to 2:30, until most of the kernels have popped, or there are 3 seconds between pops. Makes about 4 cups popped popcorn.
Whole Grain White Corn
Manufactured in a facility that uses tree nuts and soy.
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to confirm that a product is gluten free.
Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.

iHerb Customer Reviews
I pop this corn in a brown paper lunch bag...no oil..just 1/4 cup corn, fold the top of the bag over twice (very narrow folds to leave lots of room)and microwave for 2mins/30secs. With regular store bought popcorn, I use 1/2 cup, but Bob's Red Mill pops big and fluffy and all the kernels are used so only 1/4 Cup is needed! Will buy this again.
Great popcorn, beautiful large and white after popping. I use extra virgin coconut oil and himalaya salt.

TOO HARD TEXTURE

THE TEXTURE IS TOO HARD FOR MY LIKING. I WISH IF IT WERE A LITTLE MORE TENDER TO EAT.

Great tasting pop corn and almost all the kernels pop every time. Will definitely order this again.

Our family loves the Bob's Red Mill White Popcorn. Much better for you then the store bought microwave popcorn and very few kernels remain unpopped.
Good for Popping

This bag of kernels tended to pop well if not better than other bags of store bought popcorn I would get. I think the grains are bigger which helped with the oil coating during cooking-thus popping to occur more evening---science science.
