Our amazingly delicious, gluten free, whole grain oats are grown with pride on some of the best oat-growing fields in the world. To ensure their purity, each batch is produced in our dedicated gluten free facility and tested in our state-of-the art laboratory for the absence of gluten.

For a really delicious breakfast cereal for two, bring 2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) to a boil. Add 1 cup of quick rolled oats, reduce heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes (time depending on the consistency that you like your cereal) stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.
In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup quick rolled oats and 1 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

Great quality oats, cook really smooth and fast, really rich flavour. GF is just a bonus! I like my oats with a scoop of peanut butter, a banana and some cinnamon... then I blend it all together smooth. Good the next day too, it thickens and goes like pudding!

My sisters and I are both coeliac. I tolerate normal oats, but my sister gets really sick with them. When we were in America earlier this year she tried some GF oats and tolerated them fine...however we couldn't find them anywhere in New Zealand. I secretly ordered these for her, wrapped them and put them under the tree! She was so happy she nearly cried!

as a coeliac the hardest thing for me was to give up oats, seriously. When I found Bob's Red Mill GF Oats I was over the moon, and although it is a pricey luxury I really appreciate being able to eat them again. I have a high acuity of coeliac disease and react to minute amounts of gluten with a myriad of symptoms, been eating these oats for a few years now and not once had a reaction.

Under Australian law, oats cannot be labeled gluten free so it is hard to find oats that are certified GF. This product works well and I use them in making lactation cookies. No gut problems with this product.
