Suggested Use
Cooking Instructions
Bring 2 cups water and ½ teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Rolled Wheat and reduce heat. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand covered 2 minutes, and then serve with milk and honey. Serves 4
Microwave Instructions:
In large bowl, combine ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Wheat and ½ cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
