Our Spice Apple Bran Muffin Mix is made from a unique blend of all natural ingredients. We combine hearty, stone ground whole wheat flour with sweet apples and aromatic cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves for wholesome muffins that are easy to make and delicious. Plus, we add a bit of bran, making them an exceptionally good source of dietary fiber.
Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.

For 12 Extraordinary Muffins
Mix 3/4 cup water, ½ cup molasses or honey, ¼ cup oil, 1 egg and 2 cups of mix together. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 400°.
