Suggested Use

Bob's Old-Fashioned Biscuits

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk

Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in butter with pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add milk and stir until dough just comes together. Dough will be wet and sticky.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 15 times. Gently roll or pat dough to 1 inch thick. Cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Make 6 big biscuits

Wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid).

excellent product at reasonable price even I need to pay for the shipping cost. I purchased many many bags for my bread maker machine, heard from friends that it may fail if you use poor quality flour for Kenwood brand. When I used that brand, I never fail due to this flour.

Good Unbleached Natural Flour!

Appreciate that this is a superb flour for bread baking by hand or machine. It is nice that this enriched unbromated flour is all natural and has no preservatives. Great for all your baking needs.

I used to think that all white flour was the same. Until I tried cooking and baking with this flour -- it is superior to the supermarket brands. It makes fantastic crepes.
