The place to start, August 01, 2008
By Susan Brickwood from New York
If you have ANY fatigue symptoms at all, this book is the place to start. Unlike other doctors, Dr T is not focusing on just one problem area,- the adrenals, or the thyroid, or the sinuses, or the sex hormones, or sleeping problems, etc. He covers every conceivable cause of fatigue and has a program of several natural remedies and prescription medications to try for each. It's a logical program that he's been developing for decades, and keeps up to date on his website. It's a sophisticated, multi-faceted approach from a man who himself suffered for years with fatigue. Make sure you buy the latest edition.

Great book but...., February 03, 2008

I don't think it's the latest edition. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. He just revised it fall 2007. It's the first I would reccomend reading for CFS and FMS.

Terrible!, July 16, 2008
From Australia
If you a specific sort of fatiigue this book may be helpful. But it is not appropriate for anyone suffering genuine neuological Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Every diagnosis of 'CFS' is a misdiagnosis. Treating everyone with 'fatigue' as if they shared the same illness is unscientific and unhelpful. Find out what your correct diagnosis is, 'CFS' is never anyones correct diagnosis. Almost everyone who is ill will fit it because of the bogus criteria motivated by vested interests. The first step in treatment is a correct diagnosis. Don't ever settlefor a CFS misdignosis.
