Working with Nature
Organic Farming & Healthy Soil
Healthy soil means healthy crops - and organic farming starts with the soil. Instead of relying on synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, organic methods utilize the natural food web to build healthy soil. By using methods like composting, crop rotation, and cover crops, organic growers work with nature to build living, nutrient-dense soil. With organic, you can feel good about both the food your crops are eating and in turn, the food you are eating as well. It's agriculture through nature, growing food just the way it should be.

I was reading an article about fake natural brands and found out that Cascadian Farm is owned by General Mills, which has contributed $520,000 to defeat proposition 37. They want to get rid of GMO labeling and are pushing GMO's.
my husband was hungry not long after eating a normal amount of this cereal. You'd need to eat half the box in one sitting to be satisfied till lunch.

Should Be 5 Stars But..

i have tried alot of different chocolate cereals from iherb and this one is the best.. the cereals i either tried or came across like erin or bare naked and more were either.. tasteless.. or too sweet.. too soft.. too chewy.. too dry.. did not taste good.. unhealthy ingredients added.. or worse a combination of the listed.. then when i came across this product i was not hopeful.. but as it turns out this cereal is just right for me.. so tasty.. not too sweet.. crunchy.. you do taste the chocolate and the the almond slices.. tasty with milk or without.. remains crispy for a bit even when milk is added.. this is now my favorite cereal from iherb.. Minus a star in the hopes that someone from CF will read this and replace the cane sugar with coconut sugar and increase the amount per box as i run through this small box in less than a week especially since it is so tasty!

Dark chocolate with almonds... yummm

So far, this is one of my favourite cereals on here. The dark chocolate chips are delicious and turn my milk into chocolate milk! What I don't like is that it contains 12g sugars in a 62g serving!! I top it with psyllium husks and chia seeds for the added fibers and nutrition.
