Use it:
- Before training, to give you a powerful workout.
- Immediately after training, to feed your hungry muscles. (This is when your muscles may take in as much as 85% of the nutrients they will use over the next 24 hours for growth and recovery!)
- Before going to bed, to prevent muscle-loss while you sleep. From dinner to breakfast is the longest time you go without eating. It is also the time you are resting and can recover the fastest. Suggested Use
Gradually add 4 scoops of Heavyweight into 2 cups (16 oz. or 500 ml) of cold water or milk with continuous mixing.
Use up to 3 times daily: 45 minutes before training, immediately after training, and 1 hour before bedtime. Eat least 4 meals of regular food each day.
Treat yourself to a delicious milkshake! Make a milkshake by blending 4 scoops of Heavyweight, two cups milk, and ten ice cubes. Blend at high speed for thirty seconds or until the drink freezes into a thick frosty milkshake.
