This is fabulous. Take it before bedtime, if you suffer from joint aches and pains or backaches you will sleep well and wake up limber not achy. But be aware this is an herb so be sure to have some benedril or claritin or the like around before you try it the first time, just in case. Though me and my husband and friends had zero negative reactions my sister did start coughing uncontrollably until she took a claritin. But she was so grateful to wake up the next day w/o pain! I love it, so does my husband. But it does make you sleepy. If you want to take it during the day take w/ a couple of green tea extract caps to prevent drowsiness. Fabulous stuff.

This product really works. I have hayfever since I was a little girl and never could live without medicine when the grass periode was there. Even when I used medicine I still had trouble due to the hayfever. But now I use skullkap, 2 or 3 caps a day, it depends on the weather and I don't have to use any other medicine!! I can ran through the grassland and don't feel any bother anymore. Amazing. My brother experienced the same. His asma is almost gone to! Also makes the skulllcap you feel more relaxed! Skullcap has proven also to be effective for some kinds of cancer, prostate etc....I will use it every year in the hayfever period. Happy I found this.

Try It...You'll Love It!,

My female doctor had wanted to put me on anti depressents for my severe menopause symptoms. I had searched through my Herb Book for something to help and it indicated Skullcap would do the trick as a nervine. I have been taking it before I go to sleep at night for two weeks now along with Valerian Root and Black Cohosh 3 times per day. I feel like a different person! I am sleeping sounly. I have a high pressure job so along with the menopause symptoms I had been a nervous wreck. I am much calmer and happy. Everyone around me notices it. Also my arthritis pain is minimal and I have stopped taking Naproxen for the pain.
