Great for sore muscles and body aches. Definitely will recommend this product as it is natural, organic. My doctor, MD, who is also a naturopath, uses it herself and highly recommends it too!
I call it "CANNED HEAT"

It is REAL good, been using it for years. Thanks.
Used it on my lower back.

It smells and feels mentholy and warming, and distracted from the pain temporarily. I have a lot of products like this. This is a generously-sized pot, so it's worth it if you use heat ointments a lot. You have to keep it in the fridge.

I really like this cream and the cayenne worked very well on my joint pain, especially sciatic pain and bursitis. Cayenne has been scientifically proven to minimize nerve pain by blocking substance P. It's best applied with a glove as the cayenne can get hot if transferred accidentally from hand to face.
