Direction for Loading Phase:

Adults, mix (1) teaspoon (5 g) with one (1) cup (6-8 fl oz) (178-237 ml) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or take one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach.

For Optimum Results Pre Workout:

Adults take one (5 g) serving one-half (1/2) hour before workout.

Post Workout:
