Realfood Organics Men's Daily Nutrition is a unique new multivitamin made from over 40 different fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes and other whole foods. In order to keep this real food as close to its natural state as possible, Country Life uses a proprietary process called Cryo-Active State, which uses fermentation combined with freeze-drying with live probiotics cultures to support the preservation of nutrients.

The tablets are packed in an amber glass bottle to protect them from heat and light.

Suggested Use

Adults take two (2) tablets daily. No need to take with food - it is food! As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
