Realfood Organics Your Daily Probiotic is a unique probiotic that includes a medium of over 20 raw fruits and vegetables. In order to keep this real food as close to its natural state as possible, Country Life uses a proprietary process called Cryo-Active State, which uses fermentation combined with freeze-drying with live probiotic cultures to support the preservation of nutritional value. Additionally, very specific live probiotics are added for daily digestive and immune support.
The fermented food medium is comprised entirely of fruits, vegetables, sprouts, and legumes, which provide a naturally nourishing environment for the probiotic cells.

The tablets are packaged in an amber glass bottle to protect them from heat and light.

Suggested Use
Adults take one (1) tablet once or twice daily. No need to take with food - it is food! As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
