Directions: For adults take two (2) or three (3) vegan capsules daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Vegan capsule, organic orange oil, mixed tocopherols, silica. (All from non-animal sources)

Chia seeds is a better source of omega 3 as it gives a good balance of omega ratio 3/6. It is much more stable as compared to flax seed and don't have that fishy fishy smell. I find that it is a good health supplement of omega 3 for vegetarian and vegan and those who do not have sufficient omega 3 intake from food.
I'm 6mo pregnant, vegetarian, and have mega heartburn. Thank god the burping and acid reflux is not accompanied by a fishy taste - only chia flavor. Taking them every day have really cut back on my avocado cravings (interesting side effect). If your OBGYN also told you to add an omega supplement, I recommend this one.
