2 VCaps (for more) per meal or snack, depending on amount of cooked food and difficulty of digestion. Take, ideally, with the first bites of a meal/snack. If you eat animals flesh/dairy/eggs, use 5 or more. Cooked or unsoaked nuts/seeds may also require 5 or more. Tofu, tempeh, grains, potatoes require 2-4. Cooked veggies and fruits require 1-2. The more cooked food you eat, the more Digestion Enhancement Enzymes you need to take to replace the enzymes lost in cooking/processing. Extra enzymes taken with not be wasted and are very beneficial.
Intensive Usage: 10-15 VCaps with each meal/snack and also 5 times throughout the day on a relatively empty stomach.
