I ordered these half-hoping they might help my husband and I with stomach irritation from foods and anti-inflammatory medications. I did a little research first on PubMed, but I'm always skeptical. We always seem to be chewing Tums and Rolaids and taking Maalox despite a healthy diet. After just a couple weeks I realized that our antacid consumption is greatly reduced. I have eaten foods that bother my stomach (such as tomatoes) with no discomfort. Very pleased indeed.

I have used this before and then quit for a while and my stomach problems came back. So I started taking it again and it is helping. I use it along with DGL, Aloe vera juice, and mastic gum. Does take a little while to feel the benefit.
