Enjoy this mouth-watering meal of Kung Pao Noodles. It's only 220 calories and provides 8 g plant based protein and 2 g fiber.
Cooking Instructions: Microwave for best results.
Microwave Cooking Directions
- Remove the lid.
- Remove flavor packet and pour contents into cup.
- Add room temperature water to fill line inside cup (about 2" above bottom of cup). Stir well.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Caution: Microwave oven power may vary. If yours heats faster than most, adjust by starting with cooler water or by reducing cooking time or power level. Stop microwave if product is overcooking.
- Remove from microwave, stir and cover.
- Let stand covered for 5 minutes or until noodles are tender and sauce thickens. Stir again and enjoy.
Boiling Water Directions: Follow instructions above except add boiling water to fill line and do not microwave. Let stand covered about 6 minutes or until noodles are tender and sauce thickens. Stir again and enjoy.

Saw very positive review here, so I decided to give a try. very small portion, strange taste, low quality…. Will never buy this again.
Contains gluten, so I am phasing them out in my pantry. But the taste is good, same with the texture. Good as a quick warm lunch, and with some tofu it is a full dinner.

This one was very good. Compared to another Dr. McDougall's noodle box, I feel like this one is bigger. It's the same size, but you feel more full after eating this. It's spicy and good. I tasted the Dr. McDougall's pad thai yersterday, and I'm glad this one is a little bit more spicy. I'll probably buy this product again.

not a kong bao chicken taste, strange and the noodle is too bad, I throw after I have a bite because nobody like it.

Not bad but it has an aftertaste that stayed with me all day that i didn't care for. I would go with another noodle instead of this one or get the rice.

I admit - I add fresh chilli to this one. But it is fine without it. I also like to add some fresh veg and make this a more filling lunch meal for when I am at work. Easy to make with boiling water, just make sure to let it stand to soften the noodles.
