Best hot and sour soup in a cup I've ever tried. The ramen is a great noodle in this soup (not the standard preparation, but very good). Directions are complete and have no surprises and the packaging all recycles. This is a 5 star product in every way.
I love it!

Love the texture of the noodles, and the sourness of the soup is awesome (not really like Chinese hot & sour soup, but good nonetheless). Also, the sodium/calories of this product are pretty good. Only 26 % of daily sodium (and for a ramen, this is v. good) and just 200kcals! And it's even vegan. What's not to love?

This was nowhere near as spicy as I'd like - but I'm hardcore like that! I slopped it all in a big bowl, and added defrosted frozen veg for a more rounded meal. I really liked the tanginess of the broth, and the noodles had good texture.
