Suggested Use

How to use your Booby Tubes
Cool	Store in the freezer and wear inside your bra between feedings.	Use for engorgement, tenderness and during weaning.
Warm	Microwave* for 20 to 40 seconds and apply to breasts five minutes before feeding. Or, preheat Oven to lowest setting and place in an oven-safe dish (away from the heating element) for 10-15 minutes.	Use to encourage let-down and milk flow, help prevent clogged milk ducts and comfort mastitis.
Clean	Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
*Microwave settings vary, so test temperature carefully.
